Stratence Partners welcomes Francesc Solà as systems solutions leader
Stratence Partners has added a new vice president to its London office. Francesc Solà will lead its systems solutions function, bringing 15 years of international experience to the role.

The London-based boutique has been recognised by Consultancy.org’s annual rankings as one of the UK’s leading consulting firms for sales and pricing.
Earlier in the year, this positioning saw Stratence Partners selected to become the UK member of Andersen Consulting – as the once-mighty advisory brand looks to make a comeback in Britain. As the firm looks to make the most of that new backing, the firm has enhanced its leadership team, appointing a new vice president of system solutions.
Based in London, Francesc Solà is a leader in digital transformation, big data engineering, and data-driven business solutions, combining deep technical expertise with strategic vision. As vice president of systems solutions, he will drive Stratence’s technology vision, overseeing data strategy, technology ecosystems, systems architecture, analytics capabilities, and all technology-related initiatives.
Solà has worked across Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East, holding senior technology leadership roles, leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering corporate pricing and revenue management solutions. His entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding and scaling technology ventures from concept to acquisition – with expertise spanning cloud architecture, distributed systems, cybersecurity, and analytics. He was most recently technology excellence lead with Pearson Ham.

Stratence Partners is continuing to recruit, following Solà’s arrival, too.
