Adair has appointed Amit Oberoi as chair
Property consultancy Adair has appointed Amit Oberoi as its new chairman. The move aims to strengthen its leadership team, with Oberoi working to drive strategic growth and digital innovation.
Justin Sullivan, chief executive officer at Adair, commented “Amit’s perspective and straightforward leadership style aligns perfectly with Adair’s culture. His experience and integrity will strengthen our board and support the next stage of growth”.
Adair is a multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy, providing cost management, project management, and dispute resolution services to clients across the UK and internationally. Established in 1994, it has offices in London, Surrey and Birmingham.
Oberoi brings more than 25 years of experience to the firm, having spent his career leading transformation programmes and advising organisations across the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. His previous experience spans Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, where he has delivered complex developments valued in the billions; most recently this saw him chair Considerate Constructors, a role he departed in August.
Looking ahead, Oberoi will work to help Adair strengthen it governance and leadership frameworks, to enhance transparency and delivery confidence for clients. He will also explore expanding Adair’s impact across infrastructure, ESG, social housing, and risk-advisory sectors to help clients meet evolving societal and regulatory expectations.
Speaking on the appointment, Oberoi added, “Adair has built its reputation on trust, technical excellence and partnership. My focus will be to amplify that, aligning strategy, people, and digital capability to deliver even greater value for our clients and communities we serve.”
