Dan Jonas named partner in FRP London office
Dan Jonas has joined FRP Advisory to spearhead the growth of its transaction services offering. He arrives having previously established the due diligence wing of Azets in the UK.

The move aims to help enhance FRP’s ability to provide full-service advisory offering to investors and corporates alike. In particular, as a partner in the firm’s financial advisory team, Jonas brings a wide range of expertise from a long career in deals. That includes advising on more than 100 transactions, ranging in value from £5 million to £100 million, supporting numerous private equity firms, debt funds, private companies and PLCs.
Jonas arrives from Azets, where he spent more than a decade establishing and growing the business’ financial due diligence and advisory offering, leading a period of significant expansion in both headcount and revenue. During that time, he also picked up knowhow in sectors including technology, business services, consumer brands and healthcare.
Looking ahead, Jonas will operate from FRP’s London office, and provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence on mid-market transactions. He will also work closely alongside FRP partners Justin Matthews and Richard Sanfourche, experienced transaction services directors Max Whitehead and James Norman, as well as newly appointed private equity specialist Jessica Ring to further strengthen the firm’s proposition for mid-market investors and corporates.
