BDO welcomes Steve Ringham and Andrew Orgill as partners
BDO has announced a duo of partner hires in its UK wing. Steve Ringham and Andrew Orgill will bolster the firm’s audit and tax wings respectively.

Steve Ringham joins BDO as an audit partner in the firm’s Thames Valley and South West region. His role at BDO will see him working with mid-market businesses with a focus on the consumer sector, from the firm’s Reading office. Ringham brings 25 years of Big Four experience to BDO. Having spent the first 13 years of his career at KPMG, where he was latterly an audit senior, he most recently spent 12 years with Deloitte, where he became a director before his next move.
Commenting on LinkedIn, Ringham noted, “This marks a great career milestone and I look forward to getting to know my new colleagues and working with them over the coming months. I will continue to focus on the consumer business sector, working with a range of clients, and I look for to all the challenges this role will bring.”
Andrew Orgill meanwhile arrives at BDO as a tax partner, bringing a wealth of experience specialising in international corporate tax and advising large multinational groups. Based in BDO’s London office, he will be responsible for supporting IP-rich organisations in the technology, life science and consumer sectors.
Originally becoming a tax consultant with Dains Accountants in 2010, Orgill became the BCASS chair and treasurer for the ICAEW three years later. He arrives at BDO after 11 years with EY, where he was latterly a director in international tax and transaction services.
