Argon & Co moves to expanded office in London
Global operations transformation consultancy Argon & Co is moving to a larger UK office. The shift is driven by sustained business growth and an expanding headcount.
Argon & Co has approximately 850 consultants and staff offices in 13 countries more than doubling in size since the firm launched its growth strategy in 2020. In the UK, its team is around 100-people strong and operates out of London – but in recent years, it has seen strong growth in key sectors such as life sciences and food and drink, which have necessitated expansion.
As Argon & Co looks to grow its capacity for new clients, it has opened a new space – still in the King’s Cross area – which will provide additional workspace and enable closer collaboration among its staff and partners.

The relocation marks another milestone in Argon & Co’s ongoing global expansion, as the business continues to invest in its people, capabilities and client relationships around the world. In 2024, this saw the firm grow into Ireland, with the acquisition of Pebble Business Transformation, while in
Argon & Co was recently named among the UK’s top employers in an independent assessment. It was also selected as a leading consulting firm by both the Financial Times and Consultancy.org; where it replaced a platinum rating for its supply chain services.
