Amanda Khalaf joins Argon & Co as partner in UK

Operations consultancy Argon & Co has welcomed Amanda Khalaf to its UK team. She takes on the role of partner.

Bringing 18 years of professional services experience to the firm, Khalaf joins from PwC. She spent two years at the Big Four firm, working as a director in its supply chain and operations practice – having previously been a senior manager at Monitor Deloitte. Khalaf also spent close to a decade at Accenture, where she was latterly a strategy manager.

Khalaf also spent a two-year spell with Quorn, where she was head of business transformation. Her expertise subsequently spans both operational and consulting roles across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, construction, defence, industry, fashion, and banking.

Argon & Co specialises in operations strategy and transformation. Khalaf will now lead the company’s UK supply chain planning function, bringing with her two decades of experience leading complex, global transformation programmes across a range of industries. The firm hopes to build on her track record of “translating strategy into actionable and tangible results has made her a trusted advisor to clients”.
