FRP Advisory welcomes Lincoln Coutts as director in transition unit
FRP Advisory has strengthened its interim team with Lincoln Coutts, who brings more than 20 years of experience in designing and delivering executive career transition programmes.
FRP Transition is a business unit within FRP Advisory, which specialises in connecting businesses with highly experienced interim managers who bring both expertise and fresh perspectives.
As FRP Advisory looks to boost its interim business, Coutts will supply two decades of experience, delivering transition programmes with FTSE 100, 250, AIM and Fortune 500 businesses, in sectors as diverse as professional services, technology and consumer goods.
Coutts will work alongside director Susan Moor to continue to broaden the range of services that FRP offers through Transition – a standalone service that sources senior interim managers to support organisations going through periods of change.
On his new opportunity, Coutts said, “Susan and the FRP team have developed an exceptional, IIM-recognised practice that delivers best in class support. And there’s a real opportunity to expand this support even further – complementing FRP’s full range of services to deliver interim support at every stage of the corporate lifecycle. I’m looking forward to getting started.”
COO Jeremy French commented, “Lincoln’s depth of experience, broad network and entrepreneurial approach makes him a fantastic fit for our business, and he’ll play a key role in further strengthening our capabilities as we continue to expand our services to meet our clients’ needs. A big welcome to the team.”
The arrival of Coutts follows FRP’s acquisition of One Advisory Group, which added new governance capabilities to the firm’s service lines.
