Raj Babber promoted to managing director at Discovery
Business transformation consultancy Discovery, has appointed its new managing director. Raj Babber brings two decades of experience to the role.

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Worcestershire, Discovery is a consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations design and implement strategy. Evans added that Babber’s skills mean “Discovery will continue to grow its reputation as a trusted partner in sustainable, people-led transformation.”
Babber brings more than 20 years of experience in people-centric transformation and organisational development to the role. She is promoted from her previous position of director of learning, where she has led pioneering initiatives, from leadership academies and bespoke apprenticeship schemes to large-scale transformation programmes.
As a Level 7 executive coach, apprenticeship ambassador and a dedicated advocate for women in leadership and women of diversity, Babber is also recognised as a champion of inclusive, high-impact learning environments. Her work coaching senior leaders has helped clients across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC to embed robust leadership practices and elevate operational performance.
