TH Global Capital promotes Pablo Jorge to President
TH Global Capital, a global investment banking and M&A advisory firm, has promoted London-based Pablo Jorge to the role of President.
The promotion of Pablo reflects both his contributions to TH Global Capital’s growth and his expanding leadership across the business. Over the past three years, he has helped shape the company’s global trajectory – initially overseeing operations in Europe, then leading Latin America and most recently serving as Managing Director.
In the latter role, Pablo played a pivotal role in strengthening Global Capital’s presence across key offerings including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), public floats (IPO), growth advisory, and asset management.
Now, as President, Pablo will assume global responsibility for the firm’s performance across all regions, with direct accountability for the revenue and profit across its international operations. TH Global Capital has operations across 13 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
