Michelle Harcourt joins Logic-i Group as senior consultant

Project management consultancy Logic-i Group has appointed Michelle Harcourt as senior consultant. Her arrival will support the firm’s growth in the UK and overseas.

Logic-i Group is a project management consultancy specialising in complex construction and infrastructure projects. The appointment of Harcourt is a strategic addition to meet increasing client demand – and the move has already helped to land a major new client for the Teesside-headquartered group, according to the firm.

Harcourt brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering sectors. She began her career as a quantity surveyor at Faithful+Gould, and has since held a number of senior leadership positions with Sembcorp, Hertel Technical Services, and most recently, Mech-Tool Engineering, where she was a technical director.

Looking ahead, Harcourt will focus on commercial strategy, risk mitigation and project assurance across Logic-i. She will also support the continued roll-out of its new divisions Commercial-i and Commission-i.
