FRP Corporate Finance expands UK footprint with presence in Leeds

FRP Corporate Finance has established a presence in Leeds, which becomes the firm’s eleventh office nationwide.

Specialised in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, debt advisory, and financial advisory, FRP Corporate Finance helps close around 100 deals per year. The firm, which is part of FRP Advisory (an 800-person advisory business), ranks as one of the leading players in the UK’s transactions landscape.

Shortly after opening new offices in Cardiff and Newcastle (through two acquisitions), FRP Corporate Finance has now established a presence in Leeds, which will serve the city and the wider Yorkshire region.

FRP Corporate Finance already delivers a notable number of deals in Leeds each year, and with the on the ground operation, the firm aims to expand its business and market share in the region. The Corporate Finance team will be based in the existing office of FRP Advisory in Leeds, which focuses on restructuring and forensic services.

Appointed to lead the new operation in Leeds is Dan Sheahan, appointed a partner at FRP Corporate Finance. He brings more than 23 years of experience advising private companies, entrepreneurs, management teams and private equity investors on mergers & acquisitions, fundraisings and broader corporate finance mandates. He has significant experience in the automotive and mobility sectors.

He joins from Investec, where he was managing director, having established and led the development of its investment banking business in the North of England.
