Huw Thomas and Matthew Davy join Arthur D. Little as partner

Global management consulting firm Arthur D. Little has welcomed two new partners to its UK team: Huw Thomas and Matthew Davy.
Huw Thomas brings over 35 years of senior consulting experience, working with music, media, entertainment, sports and private equity companies, both at large consultancies and within global media players. Based out of the London office, he will focus on leading corporate growth strategies, value creation, and M&A advisory projects (mainly commercial due diligence).
Thomas is a member of the Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media & Electronics practice.
During his career, he has worked in senior roles for management consultancies including PwC, Teneo and Accenture, as well as in-house for Sony Music and Vibemedia, building an expert focus on the global music sector, entertainment streaming services and the European football industry. He joins from an interim executive role at Hipgnosis Music (a Blackstone company) where he was supporting the development of strategic transformation and consolidation projects.

Matthew Davy meanwhile joins the Automotive & Manufactured Goods Industrials practice. He brings over 18 years of global consulting experience focused on the aerospace, defense and airline industries.
Most recently Matthew Davy was at Strategy&, where he was the Aerospace, Defense, Space & Security lead. He specialises in advising aerospace, defense, and industrial companies on achieving sustainable growth, value creation, mergers & acquisitions, and transformation.
Earlier in his career, Davy worked for Monitor Deloitte, Oliver Wyman and Cairneagle.
