FRP Corporate Finance promotes Thomas Edwards and Daniel Brecker

FRP Corporate Finance has added two new colleagues to its partnership: Thomas Edwards (based in Cardiff) and Daniel Brecker (based in Manchester).

Thomas Edwards has been with FRP Corporate Finance since 2024 and has significant experience in both lead advisory and transaction services, having led a variety of key transactions in both the UK and European markets.

He also has considerable experience across trade sale and management buy-out transactions having worked with a number of management teams to lead them through a successful transaction. Edwards has knowledge across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on the technology sector.

Daniel Brecker has been working in M&A since 2011, gaining experience working at EY and Grant Thornton. He joined FRP Corporate Finance in 2021. He is a specialist in advising mid-market businesses on strategic transactions including sales, acquisitions, management buyout and buy-ins, private equity and debt fundraising.

The two partner promotions form part of a 12-person promotion round across the business, which also includes Nick Gallagher (London) stepping up to the role of Associate Director.

In 2024, FRP Corporate Finance advised on 101 deals, with a total aggregate deal value of £1.8 billion. The firm is part of professional services firm FRP.
