Following its merger into the FourCentric Group, Henkan has updated its branding to reflect the move. The manufacturing, production and operational performance advisory has launched a refreshed corporate identity and revamped digital presence, which now features its parent group.

Formally rebranded earlier in 2024, FourCentric unites six specialist companies to deliver best-in-class procurement, supply chain, operations, analytics and senior & executive talent solutions. Since its inception in 2020, the group has grown steadily, equipping businesses with tailored solutions that optimise performance, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making. This has seen FourCentric build up a portfolio of collective expertise via deals with 4C Associates, Ebit, Anvil Analytical, Procure4, PROGRESSIO, and Henkan.

Founded in 2006, Henkan works side by side with client teams to embed bespoke programmes focused on principles such as Lean, TPM and WCM, supported by change management strategies directly into day-to-day operations. By prioritising knowledge transfer and building internal capabilities, Henkan enables clients to achieve long-term, self-sustaining growth.

Reflecting the changes, with the six distinct companies of FourCentric also collaborating to offer holistic services to clients, Henkan has adapted its branding. Now, the firm’s logo features a tag-line noting it is “A FourCentric Company”, while its website has been updated to further demonstrate its empowered position in the group.

James Cuthbert, managing director at Henkan, commented, “Joining FourCentric, the international professional services group, added enhanced value to Henkan’s clients by delivering tangible outcomes across procurement, supply chain, operations, and analytics, and now we are proud to communicate this value proposition through our refreshed branding.”

While the new brand identity reflects Henkan’s place within FourCentric’s value-adding ecosystem, Cuthbert was keen to not that the firm’s own “distinctive approach remains the same”. It is only “enhanced by its refined value proposition that takes an interconnected approach to help drive a step-change in manufacturing and operational performance”.

As part of the FourCentric group, Henkan offers clients access to a broader suite of capabilities, connecting operational excellence with deep expertise across the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, advanced analytics, and executive talent. Looking ahead, he added, clients can continue to expect tailored solutions, delivered by experienced consultants who work hands-on to drive meaningful, measurable results that stick.

“This refreshed look marks an exciting step forward for Henkan,” concluded Cuthbert. “While we are now more closely aligned with the FourCentric House of Brands, what hasn’t changed is our commitment to practical, people-centric consulting that delivers real results. We remain the same trusted partner, now with even greater opportunities to add value through the broader FourCentric group."
