EFESO Management Consultants boost Private Equity practice with Jamie Loder

EFESO Management Consultants has appointed Jamie Loder as a partner in its Private Equity practice.

Based out of London, Jamie Loder brings over 20 years of experience working in consulting, private equity and industry. He joins EFESO Management Consultants from SGS Maine Pointe, the operations consulting arm of Swiss listed corporation SGS, where he led its Private Equity business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Before that, he spent several years at procurement consultancy 4C Associates, where he helped more than doubled the firm’s revenue from private equity funds, and SGS Maine Pointe, in his first spell at the company. Earlier, he held leadership posts with GardaWorld and Dixon Wilson, and worked as an investor, overseeing portfolio investments in companies such as Fevertree Drinks, Resolution, and Clipper Teas.

At EFESO Management Consultants, Loder becomes a leader in its Private Equity practice, which is one of the firm’s largest industry verticals globally. A specialist in strategic operations, supply chain and procurement, EFESO Management Consultants helps private equity funds with pre-deal work (due diligence) and mainly post-deal work focused on integration, carve-outs and value creation.
