Kearney appoints Jim Pearce as managing partner in UK and European region

Kearney has announced the appointment of a new managing partner in its Northern and Eastern Europe unit. Jim Pearce will work from the firm’s London office.
Kearney is a global management consulting firm with offices in more than 40 countries worldwide. The firm’s more than 5,300 employees cover a wide range of industries and capabilities, with industry specialties ranging through aerospace and defence, automotive, financial institutions, healthcare, metals and mining, and sustainability.
Jim Pearce has been with Kearney since 2000, when he joined from Schlumberger, where he was a drilling service engineer. In the years since, he has built extensive expertise across industries, and in supporting clients in the energy and capital-intensive sectors, particularly as they navigate the transition to sustainable energy sources – building on a passion that has also seen him write and publish a climate thriller, Cold, inspired by the urgent need to act on climate change.
Pearce has been appointed as the new UK and Northern and Eastern Europe (NE) managing partner at Kearney. Based in London, he will play a pivotal role in helping the firm’s national champion clients transform across the UK and beyond – focusing on collaboration and innovation to deliver sustained success.
Speaking on his appointment, Pearce added, “The kind of leader I aspire to be is one who coaches and inspires. It’s about empowering our teams to succeed, understanding our clients' challenges, and helping them transform.”
