Elixirr promotes Nick Greenwood and Tash Rostance to partner

Global consultancy Elixirr has announced two internal promotions to the firm’s partner team. Nick Greenwood and Tash Rostance will join the partnership from October 2025, having spent a combined 21 years at the company.
Launched in 2009, Elixirr is a challenger consultancy, which works to help clients tackle the toughest board-room challenges, and pioneer change on a global scale. In the firm’s most recent results, it outpaced the wider consulting sector by some distance, with 28% growth for the first half of 2024.
As Elixirr looks to build on this momentum, the two new partners will continue contributing to the firm’s expansion on a global scale, having both been “instrumental in the firm’s growth” previously.
Nick Greenwood first joined Elixirr in 2016 as an analyst, and has over a decade of consulting experience. He has played a key role in shaping the firm’s technology M&A practice, advising clients across industries on strategic change initiatives, divestments and integration programs. With experience spanning EMEA and North America, his expertise includes strategy development, innovation, M&A, turnarounds, complex sourcing and digital transformation.
Tash Rostance meanwhile joined Elixirr as a consultant in London in 2013, before relocating to San Francisco in 2017, where she led one of Elixirr’s first US clients. After a brief time in New Zealand, Rostance rejoined the firm in 2021 in the group’s COO function, focusing on driving operational excellence and commercial growth. Since then, she has also played an integral role in Elixirr’s acquisition strategy and ongoing integrations, developing teams and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
