Law firm Ræder Bing joins Baker Tilly network
Baker Tilly has secured a deal to bring law firm Ræder Bing into its global network. The news expands Baker Tilly’s reach into the Nordics, and takes the network’s combined revenues past $300 million per year.

Baker Tilly International is a consulting and public accounting firm, headquartered in London. With member firms spread across more than 700 offices, and 145 territories, it commands a headcount of more than 41,000 people, and an global revenues of close to $5 billion. This makes its combined network the ninth largest professional services network in the world.
As Baker Tilly International looks to build on that worldwide profile, Norway-headquartered legal expert Ræder Bing brings over 100 staff, including 36 partners, to the network. Headquartered in Oslo, Ræder Bing most recently reported revenue growth of over 25% to $18 million. Ræder Bing will continue to use its current legal name and brand, and work alongside the existing audit and accountancy practice in Norway.

Baker Tilly’s global headcount for its legal team now exceeds 1,200. Meanwhile, its revenues are at over $300 million.
Ræder Bing is itself the result of the October 2023 merger of law firms Advokatfirmaet Ræder and Bing Hodneland advokatselskap. The firm specialises in banking and finance, capital markets, corporate and M&A, competition, employment, intellectual property rights, real estate, shipping, marine and transport, retail and tax. It has the largest media and entertainment legal team in the Nordics. Looking ahead, becoming part of Baker Tilly will open up new opportunities for it in international markets.
