Haseeb Ahmad joins CF as life sciences board advisor
Experienced life sciences expert Haseeb Ahmad has become a board advisor to CF, bringing 25 years of sector knowhow to the firm. Throughout his career, he has developed a record of creating multi-billion dollar brands from primary care to rare disease, across mature and growth markets.

Ahmad was most recently president for Novartis Europe, and prior to that firm he was also managing director of Novartis UK, Ireland and the Nordics. Before joining Novartis, he held a long career with MSD, including country managing director roles in Ireland and Greece.
Ahmad arrives at CF at a time of growth in the potential for partnership between health systems and life sciences – particularly when utilising advances in data, digital insights and AI to support the adoption of innovation and improvement of patient care. The promise of advances in fields with exciting breakthroughs including in cardiovascular, obesity, oncology, dementia now combined with advances in data, digital insights and AI show exciting opportunities to accelerate discovery, support earlier intervention, and enable more productive and cost-effective delivery.
Achieving this requires far more than simply gaining regulatory approval, market access and reimbursement. Looking ahead, with Ahmad’s help, CF will support clients across the entire health sector to meet these challenges, utilising Haseeb's unique insights and experience to continue making an enduring positive impact in health and healthcare across its whole portfolio of activity including in health systems, life sciences, health investing, data, digital insights and AI.

Recently, CF also strengthened its board with the appointment of Catherine Skilton. Joining as a managing partner for health systems, she will help CF meet keen demand for cost improvement and transformation work in the healthcare sector.
