Former PwC expert David Stringer joins Bidwells
Property consultancy Bidwells has appointed David Stringer as its new head of transformation and business optimisation. He will work to help the firm boost its use of AI and data in its offerings.

Noting that Stringer’s appointment underscores the firm’s commitment to “embracing technological advancements, particularly the use of AI, and optimising our business processes”, Bream added that he will take responsibility for Bidwell’s “strategic change roadmap”. This will include Stringer driving digital innovation across the firm, with a particular focus on “transforming products and services to achieve a cohesive and optimal experience for Bidwells’ clients”.

Arriving at the firm with close to a decade of professional services experience, Stringer most recently spent five years with PwC, where he was portfolio leader for risk transformation in the UK. In that role, he provided consultancy and governance advisory services to founders to build investment cases focussed on product-market fit.
Earlier, he was also a senior manager in asset services with Cushman & Wakefield. He provided consulting support there covering operational risk, technical due diligence, and other related lines. Meanwhile, he also spent 25 years with the Navy – holding a variety of engineering roles.
