Gambit names Rob Wallace as new partner
Gambit Corporate Finance has expanded its partnership with the arrival of Rob Wallace. He brings more than a decade of Big Four experience to the firm.
Founded in 1992, Gambit Corporate Finance is one of the oldest independent corporate finance boutiques in the UK. Specialising in advising private and public companies on mid-market transactions throughout the UK and overseas, the Cardiff-headquartered firm has worked on deals with a cumulative value in excess of £3 billion since inception.
Gambit is also approaching 300 advisors in 26 offices in 18 countries. As it looks to build on that legacy, the firm has welcomed a new partner to its ranks – bringing notable professional services industry experience with him.

Wallace previously spent 14 years at Deloitte, and was a director within the company’s lead advisory M&A team. There, he advised entrepreneurs, corporates, and private equity on company disposals, acquisitions and M&A strategy. His experience also includes working with both private and publicly listed companies on transactions ranging from £5 million to £500 million both within the UK and internationally.
