TPXimpact welcomes Natalie Record to partner team
Natalie Record has joined TPXimpact as its new senior partner. Focusing on major projects, she brings a wealth of experience in urban planning and development spanning both public and private sectors.
Record said of the challenges ahead, “The delivery of future healthy homes and places that are resilient to future environmental challenges and supportive of people living happier and healthier lives requires wide-scale digital transformation at pace. Great progress has been made enabling data-driven decision making, but there is still a lot of cross-sector digital transformation work we can do together to improve efficiencies and outcomes for the built environment.”
Record’s background in urban planning will help TPXimpact meet these challenges, having led major initiatives in housing, health and climate resilience, with a focus on digital transformation within the built environment. Her career has been dedicated to integrating systems thinking, data, and innovation to enhance future homes and communities in the UK and globally.
Notably, she previously led on Digital Planning Reform Policy at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, and and most recently directed the Housing Innovation Programme at Connected Places Catapult, fostering collaboration across government and industry to design and deliver sustainable neighbourhoods for health and climate resilience.
Looking ahead, Record added, “I’ve taken this exciting step joining the TPXimpact team because they’re at the forefront of supporting stakeholders across industries to harness human-centred design, innovative business models and data-driven processes that propel us towards a systems approach to decision making. Working together to embed these approaches, we’ll be greater equipped as a country to make better decisions to deliver the homes and infrastructure that people need and ensure that neighbourhoods are resilient, healthy and adaptable to future challenges.”
