North Highland names Jeni Fitzpatrick as chief people officer
As the consultancy looks to expand its human resources expertise, North Highland has bolstered its leadership with the appointment of a new chief people office. Jeni Fitzpatrick joins the firm as a managing director.

Jeni Fitzpatrick joins the North Highland team as its new chief people office. With more than 20 years of success leading global human resources organisations through change and transformations, she will look to help foster greater collaboration and engagement with North Highland’s international headcount.

Most recently, Fitzpatrick served as a managing director in Accenture's talent and organisation practice, giving her insight into transformations around modern HR and HR technology practices too. Prior to joining Accenture, she was senior vice president of human resources at Convergys, and held HR and executive leadership roles with Workday, Chiquita, Bristol Myers Squibb and Microsoft.
