Kovilla Sooben Nagen joins in the role of group finance director. With a background including three years of significant achievements in finance management at Depop, she also brings a strong global finance management experience from previous roles at Apple and Shazam. In the C-suite and the board of the Longevity Group, she will help drive Longevity’s financial health and support its performance trajectory as the firm continues to expand its purposeful impact.

I eagerly anticipate the role of overseeing and strategically managing Longevity Partners' financial operations, with a steadfast commitment to fostering the ongoing success of the team. There are exciting times ahead at Longevity Partners, and I am looking forward to playing a critical role as we continue to grow towards a net-zero carbon economy."
Caitriona Hunter meanwhile joins as UK managing director, following a 25-year stint at CBRE IM, in real estate investment management. She has shown particular interest over time in social value and impact and the future proofing of real estate assets. Most recently, Hunter has represented the owner of Battersea Power Station during its redevelopment. Leveraging her exceptional leadership experience, and knowledge of real estate investment management, Hunter will lead Longevity Partners' UK operations, overseeing a team of over 90 experts in London.
Hunter remarked, “I am thrilled to embark on this journey with Longevity Partners, a pioneering consultancy at the forefront of the global transition towards a net-zero carbon economy. I look forward to collaborating and working with such a diverse team of dedicated experts and build strong partnerships that will leave a lasting impact in our sector and beyond. I am hugely excited about the move from real estate investment to sustainability advisory, as Longevity works with their clients to deliver ever more challenging ESG targets.”
Helena Rowe will assume the role of global marketing and communications director for Longevity as of mid-October. With over 25 years’ experience, Rowe is a distinguished multi-channel marketing and communications leader known for her expertise in financial and professional services, private equity, and fintech, with previous roles including senior positions at Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Lloyds Bank. She will now work to elevate Longevity Partners’ global marketing and communications programme as the firm continues its impact expansion plans to meet climate goals.
Rowe concluded, “I am delighted to join Longevity Partners and contribute to a company that is making tangible strides in environmental stewardship on a global scale. As we navigate increasing global ecological challenges, I am excited to be part of a team that empowers organisations to future-proof their businesses and make sustainability more than an aspiration, but a lived reality."
