PA Consulting welcomes Audrey Hughes-Jones as financial services partner

Audrey Hughes-Jones has joined PA Consulting as a partner in the firm’s financial services team. She will focus on helping clients unlock value in their transformation programmes through intelligent applications of data, digital and enterprise agility.

PA’s financial services experts combine deep knowledge of banking, insurance, pensions, payments, private equity, and asset and wealth management with expertise in strategy, technology and digital innovation. Joining the team as a partner, Hughes-Jones will work with the firm’s financial services clients to help them unlock value in their transformation programmes through intelligent applications of data, digital and enterprise agility.

She brings a wealth of over 25 years' experience, having successfully fostered growth and efficiency in both start-ups and established organisations. Hughes-Jones has previously worked with leading organisations including HSBC, Barclays, JP Morgan Chase and BNP Paribas. She has also worked for leading multi-national media and telecoms organisations including Sky and Vodafone. 

Most recently, Hughes-Jones spent a decade with Big Four professional services firm EY. Latterly being named a director in the firm’s financial services sector team, she helped EY and its clients to modernise delivery processes, and respond to the demands of a highly regulated and risk-controlled market.

Speaking on her appointment at PA, Hughes-Jones added, “I’ve been impressed by PA’s game-changing work in Financial Services and I’m excited to join the team and build on its existing capabilities and expertise.
