PwC adds Charlotte Nutter to learning and development team
Charlotte Nutter has joined PwC as the firm recruits senior hires to its Deals practice. She brings more than two decades of experience to the role.
Speaking on her new position as a learning and development specialist consultant, Nutter said, “I am really excited to start this new chapter at PwC and look forward to working with my new colleagues. I’m really passionate about learning and development and I’m keen to play a key role in seeing our new and experienced team members access all training opportunities. I’m committed to ensuring learning and development is accessible, visible and most importantly delivers what is needed, when it's needed.”
At PwC, Nutter will support the firm’s Deals practice in delivering one of its key priorities of better skills, ensuring people have the right abilities for their dealmaking work at clients and internally.
Nutter brings more than 21 years of knowhow to PwC, having previously worked with the Police Force.
Nutter worked across three forces including Thames Valley, Greater Manchester and most recently Cumbria. Over that time, she rose to hold the role of chief inspector in the organisation’s people department, where she was responsible for overall command of the L&D department. Two years before this, she spent time as head of learning and development.
Earlier in her career with the Police Force, she also worked in many different roles as an operational detective, covering some of the most socially deprived and challenging areas of inner city Manchester. As an accredited senior investigator, Nutter led numerous homicide investigations.
Mike Gibbons, Head of People for the Deals wing, commented, “I’m delighted to welcome Charlotte to our Deals practice. As well as adding strong learning and development experience, Charlotte’s background in the Police Force brings a unique and different perspective and represents our commitment to continuing to develop our people.”
