Teneo.ai selects Valcon for conversation AI alliance
Artificial intelligence firm Teneo.ai has announced a new partnership with Valcon. Teneo.ai will assist the consultancy with the creation of a new practice, offering end-to-end support to organisations embracing conversational AI.
A brand of Artificial Solutions, Teneo.ai is one of a growing number of software creators looking to create AI platforms capable of fulfilling customer services tasks. Its main solution, Open Question, allows customers to replace traditional phone keypad-based menus with welcoming, short, and precise full sentences – running across 86 languages and dialects – while being integrated with call centre and contact centre systems.
In order to help scale its business around the world, Teneo.ai has entered into a new partnership with European consultancy Valcon. Teneo.ai joins a number of other well-known technology and consulting providers, including Microsoft, IBM, and Amazon, among Valcon’s partners. Specialising in data, people and technology, Valcon’s 1,500 consultants operate at an intersection which Teneo.ai also centres around.
Anne Jenkins, Senior Manager – Conversational AI at Valcon commented, “We are delighted about this partnership. Our mission is to leverage best-in-class technologies to add value for our clients and this partnership will allow us to do just that. Teneo is a fast and flexible way for our clients to build advanced conversational AI applications on any channel, allowing their end-users to interact with their technology more easily – key to the success of any company’s digital transformation.”
Now, the two firms will work to roll out a new Conversational AI practice, offering end-to-end support to organisations leveraging conversational AI. The alliance will allow Valcon’s new and existing customers to benefit from a full range of conversational AI services. These will include implementing OpenQuestion for contact centre experiences, as well as proactive and omnichannel support solutions and metaverse brand presence.
Mykola Sochynskyi, Global Partner Manager for Artificial Solutions, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Valcon to our partner network and witness how fast their Conversational AI practice is growing. The team’s consulting, technology implementation, change management, and data analytics expertise embodies the true value of multidisciplinary expertise and will enable true digital transformation for its clients. That is why this partnership represents such huge potential for both of our companies to support the next generation of conversational customer experiences.”
The announcement comes as the consulting industry looks to help its clients leverage the potential of AI, particularly when it comes to providing efficient customer services offerings. Earlier in 2023, this saw strategy giant Bain & Company forge an alliance with ChatGPT creator OpenAI – helping its clients integrate the technology developer’s innovations into daily tasks, reducing waste and supercharging productivity.
