Novatus Advisory has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of two senior hires. Between them, Will Basnett and Richard Street bring more than 45 years of experience to the firm.

Andrew Hedley, Partner and co-founder of Novatus, commented, “We are thrilled to add Will and Richard to the team. Both bring unique strengths and wealth of experience to the business to support our expanding team, and allow Novatus to continue delivering the best results for our clients. It is incredibly exciting to see the trajectory for Novatus, across both the advisory and RegTech divisions of our business.”

Novartus was founded by Hedley and fellow Partner and co-founder, Matthew Ranson. The London firm has been on a rapid growth journey in recent years – something which has accelerated since it received a landmark investment from Maven Capital in 2022. Since then, Novatus has doubled its headcount and plans to repeat this in 2023, as it adds delivery capacity and expertise to the team.
