EY-Parthenon announces three new partner appointments
Three new partners have been appointed to EY-Parthenon in the UK. As it invests in continued growth, Suraj Ramaprasad, Darshan Vora and Karen Crum will take on senior responsibilities within the firm’s strategy practice.

Suraj Ramaprasad will lead EY-Parthenon’s digital and technology strategy practice for the UK and Ireland. Specialising in helping businesses identify innovative digital-led commercial value propositions, Ramaprasad brings over 25 years of experience in advising corporate and private equity clients across the EMEIA region. Prior to joining EY, Ramaprasad was Managing Director at CEO-advisory firm Teneo, where he set up and led the digital strategy practice, and previously worked in Infosys Consulting and Accenture.
Darshan Vora will meanwhile co-head EY-Parthenon’s health sciences and wellness team for the UK and Ireland. He started his career at strategy consultancy Oliver Wyman, where he was part of the life sciences team and was most recently a Partner in the health practice at Kearney. As an experienced strategy professional who has worked with global organisations and PE investors for over 12 years, he will now be responsible for driving both commercial transaction advisory and corporate strategy across the life sciences sector.
Karen Crum also takes on a co-lead position within EY-Parthenon’s customer and growth strategy practice in the UK and Ireland – joining a pan-sector team which helps maximise profitable growth for clients. Crum joins EY-Parthenon on the back of a 10-year spell with McCann World Group, where she led strategy for some of its largest global clients. She started her career as a Bioinformatician at a UK Biotech, before joining Ogilvy’s health practice. This has helped her accrue 20 years of experience in advising clients on brand, marketing, corporate and growth strategy, working across tech, finance, health and life sciences and consumer products and retail.
EY-Parthenon is was formed in 2014 when EY acquired the Parthenon Group. Globally, EY-Parthenon now has more than 9,000 consultants – 700 of which are based in the UK and Ireland. EY-Parthenon’s strategy practice brings together deep sector knowledge and experience of executing corporate, transaction and turnaround strategies.
