PA Consulting acquires boutique The Cambridge Group
Boutique strategy advisory The Cambridge Group has joined PA Consulting. The US consultancy will enable PA to expand its presence across the Atlantic, providing it with a new office in Chicago.
The Cambridge Group is a growth strategy consulting firm, which has operated from Chicago for almost 50 years. Servicing clients across the consumer, retail, and healthcare sectors and are focused on successfully delivering corporate and business unit growth strategies, innovations, go-to-market activations, and pricing. It helps companies align their infrastructure, businesses, and resources to meet marketplace demand in a meaningfully differentiated way from their competitors.

Looking ahead, The Cambridge Group will enhance PA’s growth and innovation strategy capabilities, as it looks to expand in the US. To that end, the Chicago-based firm will also provide PA with a new office in a major US hub. Meanwhile, PA’s reputation as an international consultancy will enable The Cambridge Group to reach new clients and markets with its services.

The move is PA’s second acquisition of the year. Earlier in 2022, the firm also acquired Dublin-based design agency Design Partners – the first deals realised by PA since receiving new investment from professional services firm Jacobs.
