Matthew Donohoe joins Moorfields Advisory from Big Four firm

Moorfields Advisory has strengthened its senior team with Matthew Donohoe, who will lead the firm’s restructuring and turnaround advisory team.

Matthew Donohoe brings around two decades of experience in turnaround and restructuring to the London-based recovery specialist.

Appointed a director (one of the firm’s seven directors), Donohoe will oversee the team of advisors that helps clients with turnaround, crisis management, improving business performance, refinancing, and cash flow management.

During his career, Donohoe also worked in corporate finance and debt advisory, gaining expertise in deal strategies, independent business reviews, transactional diligence, pre-lending reviews, working capital optimisation, and funds recovery.

Donohoe joined Moorfields Advisory from EY, where he spent four years, most recently as an Assistant Director. Before that, he spent eight years at ReSolve, a London-based business advisory and investment firm.
