Yasser Khan joins healthcare consultancy Lexica in director role

Healthcare consultancy Lexica has strengthened its team with Yasser Khan, who has relocated back from the Middle East to take on his new challenge.

Yasser Khan is a senior professional with more than 25 years of experience. He has wide-ranging experience of advising healthcare sector clients over several years, primarily in the United Kingdom and the Gulf Corporation Council.

His areas of experience include programme management, PMOs, operational commissioning, healthcare strategy, client development and stakeholder management.

Khan joined Lexica from engineering advisory firm Arcadis, where he was a Senior Director for the Programme Management service line and the lead for the healthcare practice in the Middle East. During his seven years in Doha, Khan worked with several healthcare providers in the region, including HMC (the national provider of secondary care services) in Qatar over a number of years – including as the Programme Director for the delivery of the Medical City Hospitals developments.

Earlier in his career, Khan spent eight years with EC Harris, and six years with RKW Healthcare Strategists, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to the healthcare sector, among others.

Khan becomes Lexica’s thirteenth director. Born out of the NHS in 2014, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, Lexica operated as ETL until June this year. The specialist consulting firm has over 100 staff.
