Ben Bugg leads private equity team of AMR International

Investment sector expert Ben Bugg has joined the team of AMR International. Arriving in the firm’s London office as a Principal, he takes on the leadership of its private equity team.

AMR International has accrued 30 years of experience across the technology, B2B information, media and events sectors. The firm works with clients across all facets of strategy and transaction support.

With a decade of experience in the financial services sector, Bugg brings substantial consulting knowhow to his role as head of AMR’s private equity wing. This knowledge spans strategy and transaction support. For example, over his career, he has advised UK and global energy companies on M&A transactions ranging from £7 million to over £100 million.

Most recently, Bugg was a Manager at CIL Management Consultants, specialising in private equity and due diligence services. Prior to consulting, he was also a fund manager at Nomura Asset Management and Legal & General Investment Management, where he co-managed multi-billion unconstrained portfolios.
