Anton Krawchenko joins KPMG’s debt advisory unit as managing director
KPMG has appointed Anton Krawchenko as a Managing Director within its Debt Advisory practice. He leads the unit’s offerings for clients in the financial services sector.
KPMG’s debt advisory practice provides nationwide debt advice to clients across sectors. The team consists of advisors, lenders and investors, and has advised on more than £60 billion of financings over the last two years.
Now leading the team’s financial services offering is Anton Krawchenko, who brings over a decade of experience in debt advisory and capital restructuring to the firm.
Krawchenko will help help banks, insurance companies, fintechs and corporate financial clients with structured debt transactions, in addition to credit ratings advisory matters. His track record includes advising on over £3 billion in debt transactions across multiple sectors.
Speaking on his new role, Krawchenko said, “Our clients across sectors are turning to non-recourse funding, from forward flow through to securitisation, to finance growth, release capital and boost margins. Options abound, even in the current environment, and the need for quality professional advice has never been greater.”
Krawchenko joins KPMG from EY, where he spent the past eleven years, latterly as an Associate Partner. Krawchenko also has seven years of experience as a credit ratings analyst and lawyer.
