Independent financial consulting business Interpath Advisory has welcomed Michael Leeds as a Managing Director. Joining the firm’s contentious insolvency team, Leeds will support detailed investigations of asset recovery claims around the world.

David Standish, Managing Director at Interpath Advisory, remarked, “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Michael to Interpath… We are perfectly placed to undertake detailed investigations and asset recoveries on behalf of clients and creditors across the globe”

Leeds arrives as Interpath looks to build capacity, and meet demand for increasingly complex asset recovery claims. This has seen a rapid growth of Interpath’s forensic team led by Dominic Wreford in recent months, as well as a continued investment in data and technology. Leeds feeds into this, bringing with him a wealth of experience – with notable knowhow of asset tracking and recovery in the emergent space of cryptocurrency investigations and sanctions-related work.

These are fast-paced and ever-changing times; from the introduction of sanctions or the emergence of crypto technologies, to family disputes or complex corporate fraud cases, there’s never been a more interesting and fulfilling time to work in the profession. I’m looking forward to working with my new colleagues to help deliver the very best outcomes for creditors and clients.”

There, he was a Partner in the insolvency and asset recovery team – and worked on numerous high profile contentious assignments around the globe.
