Vivian Pereira leads Banking and Capital Markets practice of Mazars
International audit and advisory firm Mazars has appointed Vivian Pereira as a Partner in its London wing. He will take on a newly created role in banking and capital markets for the firm.

Two years into the Covid-19 pandemic, financial institutions still face hurdles including the implementation of technology solutions; responding to climate change and ESG needs; and workplace or workforce evolution to other systemic societal challenges.
The Banking and Capital Markets practice of Mazars helps leading global banks, regulators, central banks and governments navigate the web of regulatory, economic and political challenges currently facing the industry.
As Mazars looks to boost the service offered to clients in the UK financial sector, it has appointed Vivian Pereira to the newly created role of Banking and Capital Markets partner in its London office.
Pereira will be responsible for developing the practice through assisting the development of a multi-specialism team of banking and regulatory professionals, while also playing a key role in supporting Mazars’ commitment to inclusion through the development of a diverse team which places integrity and quality at the core of its values.

Pereira joins Mazars from Deloitte where he was also a Partner. He spent a decade with Big Four firm, before which he spent 14 years at RBS Global Banking and Markets, latterly as a Managing Director.
