EY-Parthenon welcomes four associate partners in London

EY-Parthenon, the strategy consulting business of EY, has bolstered its senior team in London with four new associate partners.

Michael Schwitters brings over 20 years of strategic technology consulting and industrial experience. He joins from Heidrick & Struggles, where he served as Global Head of Information Technology. Prior to that, Schwitters worked in the consulting arms of Accenture and PwC, among others.

His track record includes leading large technology transformations as well as integration and separation transactions in a number of sectors. He has overseen the technology dimension of the global expansion of one the largest global automotive manufacturers and originally started his career as a scientist in the diamond industry.

In his new role Schwitters will assist clients, primarily in the advanced manufacturing and mobility sector, to unlock and maximise value through technology across the deal lifecycle.

Nicola Grimes rejoins as after nearly 20 years client-side. In her new role she will focus on strengthening EY-Parthenon’s finance function capability and will also work with its Reshaping Results team which helps companies solve complex and critical business issues.

Grimes previously spent eight years as the group financial director of a private equity backed health and social care business, where she led several complex transactions and transformations over the investment cycle. She has also held senior finance roles in large corporates, including Compass, Virgin Media and Liberty Media.

Nick Partridge will focus on value creation and performance improvement for consumer products clients. He brings 22 years’ experience working with manufacturing businesses and their end-to-end supply chains as well as professional consulting experience at AlixPartners and Deloitte.

Partridge also held supply chain management roles at Unilever and, most recently, worked as an independent consultant on the sell-side of a multi-billion-euro global CPG carve out.

Stuart Clarke is an experienced supply chain professional with operations and consulting experience in consumer goods and retail. He began his career with Unilever supply chain, before pursuing a career in consulting which included periods at Accenture, Kearney, Moorhouse and as an independent consultant.

Clarke has led transformative projects from strategy development through to implementation. “With companies facing significant complexities in driving supply chain performance, particularly during transactions, I’m looking forward to bringing the unparalleled breadth and depth of EY capabilities to work collaboratively with our clients to achieve success,” said Clarke.
