Rina Ladva named Global Head of Alliances at PA Consulting
Rina Ladva has joined PA Consulting as Global Head of Alliances, Platforms and Products. She arrives with more than a quarter-century’s experience in the technology industry, and played a pivotal role in the UK Ventilator Challenge, during the early stages of the pandemic.

As Global Head of Alliances, Platforms and Products, Ladva will scale PA’s strategic alliances and next generation platforms across the firm.
She’ll also work to drive programmatic sales, and create new innovative relationships to maximise the potential with partners, creating new cross industry propositions, products and business models.

On arriving, Ladva brings 25 years of technology industry expertise to the firm. Most recently she spent 16 years with Microsoft, during which she held several leadership roles across alliances, sales, strategy, cultural transformation and more recently, leading the manufacturing, utilities, energy and life sciences sectors. In particular, she helped drive the energy transition and sustainability strategy at Microsoft, establishing them as a leading partner for customers, partners and industry bodies.
More recently, during the pandemic, Ladva also led Microsoft’s involvement in the UK Ventilator Challenge, accelerating the rapid production of life saving devices with leading technology capabilities. In the early stages of Covid-19, the UK Government also enlisted PA Consulting to oversee a coordinated ventilator production drive, involving some of the nation’s largest manufacturers.
