Equiteq promotes professionals in its London office
Global M&A advisory firm Equiteq has promoted four junior professionals in its London office to the next level.
James Stawicki has been promoted to Associate. He has been with Equiteq since 2019, when he joined from boutique investment bank Avendus, where he was part of the Enterprise Technology & Services group and worked on various buy-side and sell-side engagements with private equity-backed clients.
Adam Dudley Fryar, Katie Hetherington and Charlie Bourne have all been promoted to Analyst in the Market Intelligence and Buyside team. The trio focus on a range of activities, including buyer intelligence, creating data insights for internal teams and clients, and supporting advisory and transaction engagements.
The quartet of UK promotions come on the back of a “record year for Equiteq” said company CEO David Jorgenson, adding that the firm has simultaneously promoted seven members in its New York office.
Equiteq this week announced its first two successful deals of 2022. On Wednesday, Belgium-headquartered sa.global announced that it has secured $50 million in growth financing from Kartesia, aimed at accelerating its international growth. Founded three decades ago, sa.global is a consulting company specialised in the Microsoft technology domain. Equiteq was sa.global’s financial advisor during the transaction.
Meanwhile, in the US, global technology group Reply yesterday picked up Philadelphia-based SAP consultancy Enowa for an undisclosed sum. Equiteq advised Enowa’s shareholders and management team.
With offices in Europe, the United States, Asia and Australia, Equiteq is one of the world’s larger M&A consultancies dedicated exclusively to the professional services landscape.
