John Cooper and Laura Higgins become EY-Parthenon partners
Strategy firm EY-Parthenon has announced the appointment of John Cooper and Laura Higgins as partners in its UK wing. The move comes as the consultancy responds to growing demand from its clients.

EY-Parthenon is Big Four firm EY’s global strategy consulting arm. It has been growing strongly in the last year, as clients look to it to help build a business strategy to make the most of the coming economic recovery.
John Cooper joins EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Strategy and Execution team from PA Consulting, bringing three decades of experience in supporting leading global companies in the consumer sector. He also was formerly a Senior Partner with Kearney. In his new role, he will continue to help clients create sustainable competitive advantage through their strategic and operational transformation.

Laura Higgins meanwhile joins from EY’s Big Four rival KPMG, bringing with her a breadth of global experience and functional expertise. She is also the former Head of Pricing & Commercial Strategy UKI for Accenture, and has worked in challenging and complex B2B environments where she specialised in supporting clients realise value. In her new role, she will focus on expanding EY-Parthenon’s new Demand Strategy Practice. The team will provide clients with an end-to-end transformation solution, covering go-to-market strategy, pricing and profit optimisation, sales effectiveness, brand valuation, marketing, digital and customer centric transformation.
