Ipsos strengthens its advisory offering in the UK

Professional services firm Ipsos has strengthened its advisory offer in the UK. The firm has brought together its existing advisory units to enhance its end-to-end consulting services.

Founded in 1975 by Chairman Didier Truchot, Ipsos Group is a multinational market research and consulting firm, headquartered in Paris, France. The firm has expanded to provide a number of consultancy services in the decades since its launch.

As Ipsos prepares for heightened consulting demand in 2022, the firm has consolidated its advisory arm. The move creates a network of more than 200 colleagues globally, and a single team of more than 50 specialists in the UK.

Ipsos’ Advisory Practices in the UK include specialist teams such as Strategy3, which focus on marketing and brand and innovation; and Trends & Futures, which focus on foresight and behaviour change, as well as healthcare and data strategy. Under the new unit, these teams will now collaborate with research teams across the UK, leveraging the extensive research experience of the company to support holistic advisory capabilities.

The Advisory Practices will be led by Murat Demiral as Head of Advisory who joins Ipsos’ UK Management Committee. He brings a wealth of experience, having worked across Europe both client- and agency-side for leading brands including P&G and Beverage Partners Worldwide, as well as having been CEO for Turkey, Greece and Israel of Kantar TNS.

Kelly Beaver, Chief Executive of Ipsos MORI, said she was “delighted to see this exciting new chapter for Ipsos in the UK”.
