Revenue management consulting and software provider Acumen has continued its growth over the past six months, expanding its talent pool by over a third.

Founded in 2006, Acumen works with some of the world’s biggest consumer goods companies worldwide – including the likes of Coca-Cola and Premier Foods – to optimise their pricing and promotion strategies through smart revenue management. The firm provides a mixture of traditional consulting services and a software platform with the purpose of delivering lasting change.

The last six months has seen Acumen expand its product and consulting teams by over a third, with the business onboarding thirteen new employees. Pali Dhanoya joins Acumen as Head of Product, bringing experience working with fast-growth start-ups to build their software solutions and their team capability.

Acumen expands its team

Tapashya Murali joins as Tech Lead in the Product Team, after 15 years of experience at Monster.com, Bloomberg and most recently Sword Active Risk. Furthermore, Rachael Lackenby joins as Product Manager in the team, following roles as Product manager at Sidetrade and Delta Financial Systems.

Meanwhile, Acumen has launched a new team – the Client Success team – which helps clients maximise their revenue management performance once the firm’s consultants have left. The new team is led by May Ho, who joins Acumen from Gartner and brings over 10 years of experience in managing client success, operations and corporate responsibility initiatives.

Working with May, Acumen’s client success team further includes Ignacio Bellas Acosta and Sannidha Datla, who both join from the consulting side of the business.

Commenting on the expansion, Acumen’s Chief Product Officer Matt Wills said, “We take great pride in being able to expand the team over the last six months. We and are pleased to welcome such a fantastic array of consulting experience and new energy to the team, I look forward to seeing how they help our client’s revenue management journeys in 2022.”

Acumen has offices in London and Singapore with employees working across the world as part of its hybrid working policy to serve clients in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
