P2 Consulting promotes Kelly Archer to director

Business transformation and project delivery specialist P2 Consulting has promoted Kelly Archer to Director.

Kelly Archer has been with the London-based consulting firm for just over four years, having previously worked for Chaucer for three years following a fifteen year career with public sector organisations.

With over 20 years of experience in the public sector, Archer was made head of P2's public sector practice last year. She also is a leader in the firm’s change management practice.

“Kelly has worked with some of our most important clients over the past years, and will be a fantastic addition to our senior management team, bringing her enthusiasm, verve and a fresh perspective,” said Phil Rolfe, the CEO of P2 Consulting.

Archer enjoys working in a dynamic environment that is striving for efficiency improvement, and holds roles encompassing process analysis, business process modelling, software implementation, system design and implementing operational standards. She specialises in delivering blended programmes of change.

“Kelly has also done a great job developing our change management capability internally, and educating clients about how imperative change management is to the success of business and digital transformation projects.”

Founded in 2013, P2 Consulting is a project management consulting with around 170 consultants and staff working offices in London and Glasgow. The firm is led by Chief Executive Officer Phil Rolfe, Chief Financial Officer Barry Shaw and Chief Commercial Officer Richard Morris.
