Bain & Company promotes Vitor D'Agnoluzzo to partner
Global strategy consulting firm Bain & Company has promoted Vitor D'Agnoluzzo to partner in its London office.
Vitor D’Agnoluzzo has been with Bain & Company since 2008, when he joined the consultancy in Latin America and worked several years from its offices in Buenos Aires and São Paulo. Over the next decade, D’Agnoluzzo worked in several countries including Brazil, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, the US, Ireland and the UK overseeing client projects and teams of consultants.
In 2018 he relocated to Bain’s UK office, where he now is a partner in the Digital, Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices. D’Agnoluzzo specialises in digital transformations, core system replacement (mainly in banking), delivery assurance and IT cost reduction.
D’Agnoluzzo has particularly deep experience in large-scale, technology-based transformations, advising executives and their teams on how to win in the digital world.
In addition to his client engagements, D’Agnoluzzo is the global leader of Bain’s NextEngine Digital Attacker solution (a solution that helps banks digitise their core banking operations) and leads the Latinx team in the London office. He also plays an important role in the firm’s local recruiting efforts.
Vitor D'Agnoluzzo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor in Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.
