Eden McCallum welcomes Claudia Hartley to its leadership team
Eden McCallum has appointed a new associate partner and management team member in its UK office: Claudia Hartley.
The appointment sees Eden McCallum and Claudia Hartley cement a relationship that goes back to 2002, when Hartley was one of the first consultants to join Eden McCallum’s pool of independents. She had previously gained four years of experience in strategy consulting at L.E.K Consulting and two years in the venture capital scene.
Fast forward two decades, and Hartley has amassed a wealth of experience as an independent consultant, supporting clients (FTSE 100, mid-sized companies and international groups) with growth, strategy and transformation execution across a number of sectors, in particular retail and dinancial services. Hartley has also worked with many private equity firms on their deals, mainly providing commercial due diligence work.
Commenting on her appointment to associate partner, Hartley said, “It’s great to be a part of the internal team at Eden McCallum. Having seen first-hand how powerful the model and proposition are for clients and consultants, it’s exciting to be able to deliver meaningful results from the other side of the Eden McCallum team.”
Based in the London office (Eden McCallum also has hubs in the Netherlands and Switzerland), she will work with clients primarily on growth strategy, organisational and commercial due diligence issues.

Eden McCallum’s leadership team consist of 14 members, including another recent joiner: Erik Berden a partner who is based in the Netherlands.
Earlier this year, Eden McCallum was named one of the UK’s top 25 strategy consulting firms by Consultancy.org.
