Aliceson Robinson joins Heidrick & Struggles as Partner

Heidrick & Struggles’ London office has welcomed Aliceson Robinson as a new Partner. Robinson arrives as a member of the firm's consumer practice.

Speaking on the addition to the team, Head of the EU Consumer Practice, Luis Urbano said, “We are delighted to welcome Aliceson to the team. Aliceson Robinson joins Heidrick & Struggles as Partner

Robinson’s extensive knowledge and experience will be a huge asset to the team. Taking up the role of Partner in London, she will be a member of the firm’s consumer practice, focusing on media, entertainment and consumer digital. 

Commenting on her new role, Robinson noted, “I am truly thrilled to join the team at Heidrick & Struggles. I am really looking forward to strengthening the consumer practice in EMEA, with a particular focus on the intersection of technology and consumer. I look forward to assisting clients as we continue to build Europe’s future technology and creative industries.”

Bringing more than two decades of consulting and advisory service experience to the role, Robinson was most recently an Executive Director at fellow executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to this, she held a variety of different roles, and spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company, latterly becoming a Senior Engagement Manager.

Robinson is also a Trustee for the Women’s Prize Trust, which awards the annual Women’s Prize for Fiction, and a Trustee for the Royal Academy of Dance where she Chairs the Global Marketing & Membership Committee. She is maintains a place on the Development Council for the Almeida Theatre.

Earlier in the year, Heidrick & Struggles made three additions to its leadership team. Jenni Hibbert became Global Managing Partner & Head of Search Go-to-Market, while Susie Clements was named Regional Managing Partner of Corporate Officers, and Sam Burman was appointed as Global Practice Managing Partner of the Disruptive Innovators Team.
