Tim Breene appointed as Strategic Advisor to the Board of PCB
Accenture Interactive founder Tim Breene has joined PCB Partners as a Strategic Advisor. He will now work with the firm’s Board to support with its global expansion plans.
PCB Partners provides buy-side and sell-side services, with a focus on disruptive technologies, digital transformation, management consulting and creative marketing services businesses. In order to achieve its objectives, it was important for PCB to hire outside of traditional M&A staff and attract entrepreneurs who had first-hand experience of buying and selling their own companies.
The latest example of this policy is Tim Breene, who joins the firm following his recent retirement as CEO of World Relief. He has now been formally appointed by PCB Partners as Senior Advisor to support the leadership team with its global expansion plans.
Breene said of his new role, “PCB Partners is creating something truly differentiated in the industry. I’m very excited to be supporting the leadership team as we take PCB to the next stage in its global development.”
Prior to spending five years leading World Relief, Breene enjoyed a diverse and lasting career in professional services. A seven-year stint with McKinsey & Company saw him become a Partner there, before taking on several senior roles in industry. He returned to consulting in 1995, joining Accenture as a Partner. The final third of his 16 years with the company saw him build found and lead Accenture Interactive, and during his time as CEO, the brand was named the largest digital marketing organisation in the world in by Advertising Age in 2015 – ahead of all the major traditional advertising groups like Omnicom and WPP.

Doltis founded PCB Partners with one-time LDC Managing Director, Tim Farazmand in 2018. The leadership have built a team of some 20 people, from diverse backgrounds and a variety of different professional services firms.
Alongside Farmazmand, these have included former PwC experts Ramone Param, Peter Jacobs and Mark Casement; ex-Accenture Security COO Brett Newland; and Frank PR Founder Andrew Bloch in the UK. Meanwhile, in India PCB hosts former Head of Finastra’s Global Delivery team Aminesh Parihar; in Shanghai former PwC corporate development specialist Sunnie De Grow; in Australia ex-Enero CEO Matthew Melhuish; and in Israel, advisory Erez Benovich.
