Korn Ferry appoints Alexandra Ghashghai as Senior Client Partner

Alexandra Ghashghai has joined the London office of global consultancy Korn Ferry. Joining as a Senior Client Partner, she brings more than 20 years of professional services experience to the firm.

“Alex will bring tremendous value to Korn Ferry’s clients with her deep industry knowledge,” said Daren Kemp, Managing Director, UK, Korn Ferry. “Her international outlook and global experience will create invaluable insight to our approach on global issues that are so relevant for clients today.”

Korn Ferry is an international organisational consulting firm, working with clients to design optimal organisation structures, roles, and responsibilities. As Senior Client Partner, Ghashghai will put her expertise to work building innovative talent strategy and solutions for clients across the private equity, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Having spent more than two decades working across banking and consulting, Ghashghai began her career with a four-year spell at EY. Following that period focusing on management consulting, she joined Citi in 2003, becoming a Director in investment banking where she focused on the industrials and alternative energy sectors. She then moved on to Spencer Stuart, a global search and advisory firm where she led the global Private Equity business and was a core member of the European industrials practice.

Korn Ferry has approximately 8,200 employees in 53 countries. It recently also strengthened its offering in the US, with the arrival of Lauren Shin. She joined Korn Ferry as Vice Chair of its board, and CEO of its services and global consumer practices.
