Staffordshire-based business consultancy Strategi Solutions Group has achieved a major milestone this week, celebrating its 6th anniversary.

Based out of the ‘Strategi Hub’ at Lymedale Business Park in Newcastle-under-Lyme, the company has spent the last six years providing human resources, learning & development, training, recruitment, marketing, public relations, design, health, safety, and environmental consultancy services to a whole host of local, national and international clients.

Since its launch six years ago, Strategi has enjoyed significant year-on-year growth and is now on course for its best year to date, despite the impact of the global pandemic.

The current team of twenty staff, who have all been working from home over the past 15 months, are all eagerly looking forward to a belated sixth birthday celebration back at the ‘Strategi Hub’ when government guidelines permit.

Founder and CEO Wendy Dean said, “I’m really proud of the way the team has pulled together over the last year despite the challenges we have faced. Everyone has worked so hard, remained loyal and been immensely supportive of one another. We’re all really excited to get together as a team to celebrate our achievements and our birthday just as soon as we can!”

“We’re all waiting for Boris to give us the thumbs up next week in the hope that we’ll be back in our newly decorated offices by the end of the month. The Champagne is on ice, and we’ve all got our fingers crossed.”

Indeed, Strategi has much to celebrate. Some major business wins have been realised and, with a healthy and steadily growing client base that covers a wide range of industry sectors, from logistics and transport to manufacturing and education, there’s also ambitious growth plans that will see the company expand into other complimentary services by the end of the year.

Rob Fisher, Strategi’s Managing Director commented, “I’m really proud of what Strategi has achieved over the last year. We’ve successfully managed to retain our staff, some who have been here since the day our doors first opened in 2015, and we’ve even gone on to hire new team members, bringing in new talent as we move into new markets. Some of the team haven’t even been to the office yet.”

“I’d like to thank the whole team for their hard work and of course our loyal clients for their continued support in helping us to achieve our goals.”

Dean and Fisher however added that the consulting firm is not planning to rest on its laurels. “We always aim to get better. Better for our community, better for our clients and better for us too.”
