DWF appoints pensions consultant Marcus Fink as Partner

Former PwC Director Marcus Fink has joined professional services firm DWF as a Partner. He brings more than 15 years of pension consulting experience to the firm.

As the firm looks to boost its consulting offering, DWF has appointed Marcus Fink as Partner. A pensions law expert specialising in a broad range of advisory, transactional, regulatory, investment and contentious matters, Fink has spent his professional life advising corporate and trustee clients on the pensions issues on some the largest corporate transactions and restructurings, delivering innovative solutions to meet his clients objectives.

Speaking on the latest chapter in his career, Fink said, "I am excited to join DWF and lead the pension team in London. Prior to joining the firm, Fink spent the last two years as an independent legal consultant. Before this he was a Director in PwC’s pension legal team for nearly two years, and was also a Partner at international law firm Ashurst. During his eight-year stay there, he rose to head the company’s pensions practice.
